I ordered two separate items from ASOS and requested that they get delivered here. I received notifications telling me BOTH my parcels had arrived and was provided with both barcodes and told I could collect. When I went to collect my items the shopkeeper told me they only had ONE and the other was missing. How can you lose someones parcel that was delivered to your store!? The man was NOT even apologetic! Terrible service.
