Steve Farmer Plumbing & Heating
ReviewsLeave a review
Steve Farmer works for an agency, manage for a landowner. Steve came to our family home today. He wasn't let in the door. Reasons: .35 mins late .Rude upon opening door .Filthy and no PPE, standing too close .When told no entry as we had to leave the house, he became abusive and said we were having a laugh and called us a/holes. We said he was too late and waited without any call from him for 35 minutes. He was unprepared and unwilling to wear PPE which is a huge problem for me and not worth it. I would really recommend another. All round worst experience I've ever had with a tradesman. I would like to encourage Mr Farmer if he reads this, to attend a service course. Perhaps brush up on your health and safety requirements and not to mention your duty of care, as if you trod on covid to our home today, you could have been responsible for the illness of all of us. Which would be unforgivable, as this already is.
Numerous jobs - boiler, taps, servicing
I've used Steve as my local plumber and gas engineer since I moved to the area over ten years ago. He's always been responsive and easy to engage with. Appointment times are kept to and the work is always of the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Steve and his small company for any gas or heating job you may have.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
